We go to this particular Applebee's quite often. It's usually pretty good. The food is really tasty. Sometimes the wait can be long even though there seem to be some tables available. Only real negative to me on my last visit is that the appetizers are served late. So the entree arrives before we finished the appetizer... other than that our waitress was very friendly but left the used dishes on the table so the table got to be quite crowded. It just depends on which waitress you get. The place was fairly clean... the air conditioning is usually pretty high so it can be a bit chilly at some booths. And we didn't have to wait too long because we beat the rush on the last visit. Our favorite is the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with the spinach artichoke dip for the appetizer. A good deal also from the 2 for $20 menu.

Went here and ordered a take out meal. Ordered​ a medium well steak plus a chicken and shrimp dinner. The steak was brown outside and raw inside . With two little shrimp on the side. Same for my chicken meal. It seemed the order had been rushed. I have had this problem at another Applebee's too. If you dine in, your food comes out good and bountiful. If you order to go they just throw it together quickly and send it out. Definitely not going back to this one

The staff doesn't greet you or care if you're there at all.  Customer service is poor and food quality is just okay.  Jaspers prices for McDonald's style. 
 I usually wait a few months then go back to see if anything has improved.  It never does.  I won't be returning.
