Awful Service - We had our company party at Copper Kitchen for the 3rd and last year. After our party of 10 sat down in the bar area, they move us because not everyone had a "Utah" ID even though those guests did not order any drinks. I know Utah has quirky laws, but how can they have anyone outside of Utah order a drink...? 
Once they moved our party to the middle of the crowded and noisy main floor the service was SLOW. 
This used to be a place my wife and i liked to go on date nights, but over the years we have been going there for both personal and company parties we have noticed a decrease in service.... 
the only reason for 2 stars is the food is still pretty good!

Terrible experience - we went last night and were really surprised by the terrible service. We waited for a long time for our waitress to come and take our order - she never came to our table so finally we asked. When she came over it felt like she asked ‘what do you want’. No apology, no asking us if we’d ever dined there before or telling us anything about the menu- nothing. I asked what she would recommend for an appetizer and she said ‘the Caesar salad’ coming from a restaurant with octopus as an appetizer. She never asked us how we were liking our meal and I think she refilled our drinks once. You don’t pay that amount of money for a nice dinner to have such terrible service. We were looking for a new favorite place to go out for special occasions as we live close by and this restaurant absolutely won’t be it,

We always sit up at the bar and watch the chefs work. I find the workings of a large kitchen fascinating to watch. The chef gave us complementary sorbet when we last visited, in addition to the dessert we ordered. It was all SO delicious. We go back every few months.

Great menu options from grilled octopus to one of the best burgers in the valley. Solid selection of beer, wine, spirits. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One of our favorite spots.

Comfortable ambiance, tasty food. I totally enjoyed the mushrooms & polenta and the charred cabage. Great flavors! The restaurant  was nice place to be with good friends for relaxed visit and yummy food.
