Service was unusually slow today. Restaurant not full at all, maybe 12 people including my party of three. Two waitresses. No excuse for long wait to get beverages and then meal. Noticed that other customers were having long wait times as well. Also noticed manager was aware of issue and responded by sitting at a both to visit with friends. Food and beverage were up to expected quality although food was not as hot as usual. Suspect this was due to slowness of waitress. Will go there again but request different waitress if available.

We come here very often, basically every week for almost two years. I'd say they are wonderful about 95% of the time. Occasionally a bad waitress or extra long wait for sub-par food but those instances really are rare. Food is surprisingly consistent and most of the staff are kind and attentive. We've come with huge groups (12-17) on Saturday or Sunday morning, just me and my husband late on a weeknight, and everywhere in between. They seem to handle the weekend rush the best with sufficient staffing so all the tables are open and the food doesn't take too long. Weekday at about 8pm was the worst, only two families in the restaurant and food still took forever. But again, bad visits are rare. This place has still earned their 5 stars from me.

A service was great and the food was not bad either for the price the Highland drive location is my preferred location.
