I Had a great experience buying from their online store. The staff were cordial, thorough and prompt. A mistake was quickly remedied and e-mail communication was complete and clear.

This was the most rudest pawn shop I ever stepped in in my entire life and I have been in pawn shops all over the United States.The manager told me welcome to Florida as a justification for being rude to me.I advise anyone to never step foot in this pawn shop because they care absolutely nothing about their customers.

I have done business here numerous times, and all of my experiences have been positive.  At times I even received more money than what I was asking for.  The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, about all kinds of stuff, such as firearms, electronics, & jewelry.  These are just a few of the items they have helped me pawn or part with when times got tough...

They gave me a great deal on my firearm purchase. Very nice owner and employees at the shop. Would highly recommend to everybody. Definitely going back.
