Best processing company out there, Very innovative  love the clover system the devices and lease are expensive but it was worth it the  different apps that clover have available is amazing .  Clover is the future of Processing.  i like the fact that i can manage my employees , do promotion , and go on the app list to download different 3rd party apps that can really help my business, i like the fact that i can edit my receipts and put my business logo on my receipts,.   as technology advance i can really see a lot of people using clover specially the new generation of business owners that are up to date with new technology.  when ever i go to another store and i see that they dont have clover im always chock because clover allows you to do a lot more than the other Pos systems out there.

The bad reviews are not wrong. First Data is horrible.  They freeze your funds for no reason., They will call you and not leave a message and then tell you they tried to call you to resolve an issue but since they couldn't get a hold of your they are freezing your account. Their phone system is horrible. You call the number, go through several levels of menu options and then it they give you a final message that you need to call another number. Horrible Horrible Horrible.  BEWARE BOA business customers. Remember that Bank of America will try to get you to use First Data. DON'T FALL FOR IT!  You can use any merchant processor. Stay away from this company.

Never ever use this service if you want a reputable company! Followed all their instructions on how to cancel an account and low and behold 8 months later they are still taking my money.  Even changed my bank account info and they found that out and started charging me again. I called again spoke to Tammy no help at all, to a supervisor Cory useless, than another supervisor Cody did I say useless, let's stress that word USELESS, could not help. Said once again send in a letter, already did that!!!!! Are you part of the Better Business Bureau?  I asked, don't know was the reply. After a few stressed words from me there was a click , a dead phone line.  They actually hung up on me!!    Worst. Customer service ever.  Go to Google and read their reviews, I think I may have been too kind!

My wife started a business and signed up with First Data. The business did not go very well and was actually costing us more money that it was bringing in. So we shut down the business. That was after one year. However First Data has continued to bill us each month for the service that we do not use and have no access to. We were never given any equipment but everything was done online. And it was all done via another party. We have contacted First Date and each time we call them they tell us there is an early cancellation fee. Today it was $400. The original contract was a three year term, and the contract always seems to increase in length each time we call. If there are others out there with problems please contact us. I am thinking a class action law suit. If they are cheating us, they are probably cheating others as well

We had a SunTrust bank representative who recommended the First Data company to install the credit card machine for our business. THIS WAS THE WORST DECISION WE HAVE EVER MADE. The company is unethical, service is horrible, they misrepresent everything and lie just to get your signature. Then they conveniently forget to tell you that you CANNOT get out of their contract for at least FOUR (4) years. After the first six months when we realized they are overcharging on everything and will not fix the problem, we decided to change company. We returned their credit card processing machine, kept the receipts, UPS delivered it to them, but they still continue sending us past due notices for the full price of their machine. They even had the audacity to report us, by business and INDIVIDUALLY, to the credit reporting agencies - while we did NOT sign as individuals.If you value your business, your money and your credit rating - STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD-RIDDEN COMPANY.
