I once cashed a check for $135 dollars and was shorted $11 because the teller didn't have change. She said I could come back and get it later that day. I didn't go to pick it up. Two weeks later I try to cash another check at the same store and the same clerk tells me she "accidentally" gave me an extra $200 and I have to pay for it!!!!! She refused to give me my paycheck back and cashed it $200 short!!! She literally STOLE $200 from me which most likely went straight into her pocket. I filed a police report but they can't do anything unless I sue them. So I called their customer service line and a young woman told me the stores general manager would call me back within 2-3 business days. Here we are two weeks later and I still have not received a call to address this situation. I find this terrible considering how many checks I cash here. Rediculous!!!!! Don't ever use this store!!! The clerk will rob you, put the money in her pocket and blame you!!!
