CORE Aspirations is Tallahassee's newest, most affordable Pilates Studio! We offer a unique blend of Reformer, Tower, TRX, and Barre for an overall workout! The Class Schedule has a variety of classes from light, medium, to high intensities! Pilates is for everyone...beginner to athlete..men and women...any age...all level! Finally found my place! This studio has such a comforting, accepting and relaxing feel! The instructors are incredible at what they do, always helping to make sure you have proper form and are there for any adjustments that need to be made. They are encouraging and really make a point to get to know their clients. I suffer from anxiety and my husband told me the other day that since I have been going to the studio, he has seen a huge decrease in my anxiety levels. And after every class, I feel longer, stronger and refreshed! I love this place!

At Core Aspirations, the Pilates reformer is subtle but very powerful, I noticed an immediate improvement in my posture and mood after one visit.  Felt much better after Laura's class; she's a great instructor with clear, calm instructions without any pressure.  The fitness studio is very impressive and relaxing.  The other people in the class were supportive and friendly.  Excited to go to class tomorrow.  Thanks so much.

Core Aspirations is amazing.  My wife finally convinced me to give it a try.  After just one pilates reformer session, I felt taller, longer and more relaxed which is great.  As a former college athlete, I have dealt with many injuries which needed rehab., the reformer feels to me like a rehab for my whole body.  It is gentle and the instructors are easy to follow and calm.  The price was the very affordable for this high level fitness class.  Thanks.

I have been going to Core Aspirations for a couple months now, usually twice a week to the Core Reformer and Tower/Barre classes.  I absolutely love it.  I am already seeing results and feeling stronger.  All the instructors are very attentive and helpful.  Not only do they ensure you have proper form, but they take the time to learn about their clients (such as past and current injuries or other limitations) and recommend modifications to meet their clients' specific needs.  The studio is very clean and the equipment is new.  I highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in pilates, from beginners to experts.

I have been attending since January & I couldn't imagine life without pilates. Laura, along with the other instructors, create an inviting atmosphere that allows you to relax and get the most out of each class.  If you're looking for a studio that genuinely cares for it's clients, this is it! Oh & not to mention the INCREDIBLE results! :)
