This Pilates studio has offered me the kind of movement education I have been looking for. Jody's sessions are painless, carefully engineered, and I find them meditative. I come from work feeling tired, but leave feeling exhilarated. I can see changes in my balance, strength, body conformation, symmetry, posture and stamina. No wonder I have had an increase in confidence! I'm beyond grateful for Jody's excellent, flexible teaching style and her creative approach to my particular needs.

CoreFocused has changed my back....and therefore my life. Jody learns who you are, where you currently are, and then helps you get to where you want to be. She is constantly learning more about how the body works and then keeps applying new subtleties to help make me stronger.

If you want to do a "real" Pilates session with a qualified professional, go to CoreFocused. I have a bad back and some definite limitations and Jody takes extremely good care of me. I've been going to her for years. She's amazing!

When I first met Jody I was having terrible back pain and my balance was not very good following a terrible motorcycle accident. Wearing heels I felt like I would topple over and I had a lack of confidence. Thank you so much Jody for helping me heal my body even further! You are the best. Oh yeah. We do share some laughs too!!!

I've been with Jody for 7 years. Her dedication to your Pilates experience is unparalleled. She is always prepared to give 110%. If there were more stars to give, I would have been happy to do so. Don't hesitate, Jody is the best.
