Hands down, one of the best facilities in the area to work out, learn proper technique, pick up tips on nutrition and be part of an amazing community that is always looking for ways to give back.  I've been a member for 2 1/2 years and it's changed my life!  Great coaches, great people and a ton of fun to boot!

By far the best workout experience i  have ever had.  At 46 years old I was a little hesitant because of the level of workouts I have heard about.  When I first entered I realized that my concerns were unfounded.  The staff were welcoming, and worked with me on adjusting the workouts to my ability.  The other members were welcoming and always there willing to help me get through each workout to the best of my ability.  This truly feels like a family when I am there.

I've been at CFN for a year now and love it. At first I was very hesitant to join  Crossfit, but everyone was very welcoming and encouraging.  After only a few weeks, I felt like a part of the community.  I wasn't even looking for a community and I found a great one!  It is part (or maybe most!) of the reason I am still going a year later.  The owner and his wife (a CFN coach) love what they do and it shows.  Their care and concern for their members and their facility is noticeable. Above all, I have been treated with respect by everyone, regardless of where I am in my journey to fitness.  As an added bonus, I've gotten stronger, leaner, faster, and more flexible along the way.  Thanks CFN!

I literally never write reviews but I am admittedly an unsatisfied and soon to be former member. Be very careful if you consider signing up for a membership. Do a drop in class first before committing I wish I had. There is plenty of expensive equipment, and there is convenient class times but otherwise this place fails in every way. Upon entering I was met with a less than friendly, less than cordial attitude. Staff here are self righteous and condescending, including the owner. The owner uses bullying techniques to get his way with his CUSTOMERS. See for yourself... The comments he makes on other negative reviews speak for themselves. A good example of this, in particular,  is found on the facebook reviews. For the kind of fee I paid for the month I would expect a much more professional staff, especially the owner....Once I got past the icy receptionist, the facility was actually pretty large. There is no nutritional counseling. What makes me the most hesitant about the whole gym is the cleanliness or lack thereof. Much is due to the use the place gets but a lot is due to upkeep. Bottom line is there is a lot of competition in the gym business. I strongly urge you to not go to this place. The vibe of the whole gym was a little off for me and the lighting could use a lot of work. The price was a little more expensive than the other ones in the area but based on the great reviews I figured we could give it a try. Lesson learned . If you've got money to burn and you like being treated with very little regard, come on down!

This place has been positively life changing for me.  I have gone from puttering around the gym to the best shape of my life.  But more than that, I've joined a community of exceptional, wonderful people who I am honored to stand beside as we reach deep for the best of ourselves.  The coaches are exceptional, providing support, execution tips, and guidance.  They truly coach me, understanding my goals and standing beside me and showing me the way to get there.  They're very very good.  What is great about this place, and CrossFit in general, is that we can all scale the workouts (it becomes a "level playing field") so it’s the effort that is measured vs the weight lifted or the pull-ups done.  I started two years ago using bands for pull-ups to support me, and now I’m doing 20 in a row without bands.  As you grow, the workouts shift to match you.  I’ve made lifelong friends here, and I’ve brought my daughter here and have been able to bond with her and teach her of life (and she’s teaching me) in ways I couldn’t have imagined. The owner is a great human being who has the heart of a champion.  I love this place, and the people in it.
