When I first moved to New Hampshire I came to Fitlab and thought it was a great place to work out. As time goes on, my opinion continues to change. However, I can not say enough about the trainers, who uphold this place. They are some of the best people I know, and often take responsibilities that are not theirs.  While they do offer the most equipment and some of the largest gyms, nothing is ever fixed when staff is notified. The smallest things like cutting feet on the bathroom shower, the sink fixture in the bathroom not being fixed after more than six months, and the water fountain also being broken make this gym less than awesome. It is clear that the front desk notifies upper management and nothing gets done. Between the blatant ignoring of members needs and hands off attitudes, this gym has a lot of opportunity for improvement.

I edited this review to respond to the owner of this gym. He likes to ask his employees to give reviews of his own gym. From an unbiased perspective, that's not how google reviews is supposed to work. I gave a review not based on my experience working at this gym, but from my experience purely working out here. I hope that is made clear.

I got personal training from Brian - an amazing component of keeping me reaching and expanding my fitness goals. He does a fantastic job mapping out my workouts based on my long-term fitness goals.  He also gives me a lot of things I can do when I am away, as I travel a lot for work and don't always have access to a gym.  It never gets stale...he has a great command of the body, symmetry and nutrition, and continually mixes things up to shock my body some.

Really great place. Clean and bright with tons of machines. Clean bathrooms and helpful staff. Just wish there were more than 2 squat racks because you will need to wait for it work in with someone more times that not.

Used to be a great gym but has gone way down hill!  The new name and new look hasn't helped at all.  Turnover for trainers and management is high so no consistency.  Billing has been a nightmare and forget about trying to schedule personal training, even if you've already paid for it.  Would rather spend my money on other fun workout activities at places that appreciate their clients.

**Amending above review - The owner took the time to speak with me in person and listened to every complaint.  He explained that they've brought in a successful district manager from another location to help fix the issues as well as a seasoned Personal Trainer to manage that side.  I spoke with Dana and he was very helpful and accommodating.   Chi met with me to discuss all PT and I decided to not only stay with the club but to also sign on with a new trainer.   Bryan is AMAZING!!  He really takes his time to ensure proper form, answer any questions I have, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and since he has trained mostly women, he knows the best exercises for the female physic.   So far I am pleased with how all of my issues have been handled.

As a member and an employee, I have been coming to Fitlab Nashua for the past 10 years. I have to say as someone who has spent lots of time in other health clubs in and out of NH, that the amount of space and quality of equipment for the price is unmatched. Add on top of that all of the FREE classes that are included and it definitely is the best bang for your buck. The family atmosphere is another big plus to this facility, all of the members here are extremely friendly, outgoing and willing to help anyone that needs it! Couldn't imagine myself working or exercising anywhere else!!
