My experience with CBS is great. They are knowledgeable and if they don't have what you want they can order it. I saw someone complaining because the 2017 bike was cheaper than the 2016 they bought. I bought a bike from them a few years ago, and the next year model was cheaper, but my bike had more expensive forks on it than the newer model which made the difference in the price. I've never been cheated by these guys. I have bought three bikes from them and a glider for my great granddaughter. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a bike or bike parts.

I purchase my bike and trailer here.  The store has the best bikes in the area with a good selection.  The guys are knowledgable BUT I made sure to get a quote for the trailer and they later told me that it was 80 dollars more.  I didn't want to argue
And had been waiting a long time so I couldn't find the quote.   They did give me 20% off so I said that was fine.  I also got the trailer and the next day the tire was flat.    
The guy told me the price of the bike was 660 and tried to charge me 660. It wasn't until they showed me another color that I saw the price of the 2017
Model which was 540.  I asked why the same bike newer model was cheaper ( the sales man said it was the same bike just different colors then tried to say it was a better bike.   When I said if that's the case I'd like the newer model for the lower price.  He then gave it to me for the cheaper price.  I feel like the pricing was shady and they were rude at times, but also nice and helpful at times.

The first guy that sold me the bike was nice and knew his stuff. After the sale was made and I returned they were rude and didnt offer any advice when I asked them. The paper they gave me says free basic adjustments (plural) for a year. I rode my bike down there and asked about having advice/help adjusting the rear derailer cable since it wasnt set tight after first hour ride. Also the front hydraulic brakes werent bled properly whem I bought it. Rear were fine. Didnt seem like a big deal but chain started rubbing a little in high gear only because the loose cable. I know the "basics" so I fixed the issue. I merely went in for advice and a possible quick adjustment by someone with more experience. I was met by a rude and lazy employee who obviously hated working there. They told me come back after 90 days for my free adjustment and to basically figure it out meanwhile. NO customer service once so ever. The guys deamenor said it all!! Rude as hell and zero help to me. I left and drove back later pissed.Customers were there when I mentioned the free adjustments and why they didnt honor them. he begins to tell me yeah just bring your bike in anytime well adjust it for ya... Im not sure how they have soo many good reviews. Most likely there friends and family are the ones commenting. If your looking to buy from a bike shop to be able to get advice and help whem needed go somewhere else!!! They are all cool untill they have your money.

Went in for just a couple of tire tubes.  They were very friendly and definitely customer oriented - and obviously riders themselves.  The tubes weren't all packaged/boxed - just a rolled tube with a single rubber band.  Hats off to an ecological approach to selling merchandise and passing some savings along.
