First time at The Trek Store in Santa Rosa, and I just completed purchase of a new Trek Domani after my former custom bicycle was lost to fire. I appreciate the time and focus on my needs by both David and Jeff. What super employees they are! I have some complicated fitting issues and Jeff is the first person I've met who took the time to think creatively in solving the problems, and he did. David listened to my concerns and gave me great advice on all my options, with no pressure. And my first ride was a dream! I not only have a new bike but I have a new bike store for my future needs.

I bought a new bike here.  On my first visit, the staff spent about an hour going over the pros and cons of the two bikes I was considering.  They did not have one of the models in stock so they ordered that model and I was able to do a side-by-side comparison of the two models during a second visit.  On both visits the staff was professional and informative.

Pam was super helpful and friendly and didn't try to push products I didn't need but made some very thoughtful suggestions. Overall great experience and more gracious than any of the other stores I had visited to replace bikes destroyed in recent wildfires

A group of us signed up for the Trek Travel Ride for Fire Relief out of the Santa Rosa shop.  What an awesome experience!  Not only do all the proceeds go for fire relief, Trek treated all riders (at least 250 people) to a well lead ride which included lunch at La Creme Winery with some wine sampling, Waffle desserts and beer back at the shop, $20 off coupons for purchses in the store and more!  It was a wonderful day that makes me want to either buy a Trek bike or do a Trek travel trip somewhere.  I like to support companies that support local causes like this!  Thanks Trek, you did a bang up job!

The most wonderful customer service I have ever had. Pam David and Jason. I believe I got the names right. We awesome and went above and beyond giving amazing service. Thank you so much. Also I LOVE the bike.
