These guys are awesome. They’re super knowledgeable, always friendly and available to help and they know the trails around here. They’re not salesy. They’re real people who love to ride. Every time I go in there, they go out of their way to help us. I would recommend these guys to anyone who either wants to explore riding or who is already a pro. They know what they’re doing.

Their customer service is great. I was very favorably impressed when I had to return some small bike accessories that I had purchased there. They quickly and unflinchingly gave me a refund, even to the point of saying that if I didn't have the credit card of purchase they would give me cash. This is very refreshing and unusual in the GV/NC area as many local businesses are very difficult when it comes to returns.

Live in Sac, but Dwayne, Connie and the rest of the staff take such good care of their customers I wait till I’m in the area to make sure I come see them for tune ups and upgrades.

These guys are the best. They fixed three things on my bike in about 10 minutes. They're also just really friendly and passionate about cycling. I've been to a lot of bike shops and this is hands down the best one.

Just needed a valve stem for a non-bike related project, new in packaging would have cost nearly $20.. built me one from spare parts in their shop for $3. Friendly, knowledgable staff.
