I have been training with Cornerstone for almost a year.  It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.  I have lost weight, gained strength and agility and also have gained new friendships with Marc and Scott.   They truly care about their clients and I highly recommend them.    Their prices are extremely reasonable and their passion to help others is evident at each session.

Marc and his staff are top notch. Have been working out (lifting weights) for years. As this may become easy and routine, Marc will change that game. Always great dedicated individual kick butt workouts. He has worked on my injury recovery and has taught me a lot of new exercises to benefit my quility of life. He will always be my trainer.

Marc is an AMAZING trainer and He and Scott are VERY friendly. His passion and desire is to see you become healthy and well physically and mentally. You CAN NOT beat this gym!!!

As a person that never needed or wanted a personal trainer (I've been training for years previously), I thought it didn't matter until I met Mark...WOW! His knowledge and attitude towards life training is unmatched, which is exemplified in his personal training staff as well.

The workouts help build you emotionally and physically. Whether you go as a group (see lots of friends or companies go together), or solo, you will get an incredible workout. Best of all, the movements are functional and make you feel stronger and balanced throughout your daily life.

I'm glad I started going to Cornerstone Health and Wellness and happy to call Mark a friend. The "hard" part is picking up the phone and calling, or stopping by, but once you see the friendliness and great atmosphere you'll thank yourself.

Marc and his team have been very helpful. They are experts in their field and we experienced nice results.
