I've been doing CrossFit for 5 years. I joined CrossFit Jungle Gym a little over 2 years ago. I couldn't ask for a better gym. The coaching staff is just amazing. They are able to work with any level of athlete and help them to reach their fullest potential. If you're looking for a gym where you can learn and grow your athletic abilities no matter what your age or ability in a warm and friendly environment,  then CrossFit Jungle Gym is the place to go.

I have been going to CFJG for several years and so has my 7 year old grandson. We are able to work out together and create special memories that will last us a lifetime.  CFJG has not only help me be a better version of my self but has also helped my grandson improve him self as well. My grandson's motor skills as well as his coordination has improved tremendously. He is more confident and enjoys to completing the different workouts with his grandmom and fellow crossfitters. I will recommend this program to everyone.

I have been with CrossFit Jungle Gym for over 4 years now, and honestly is the only place of fitness I have ever stuck with.  Not only are there a variety of knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated coaches but the other athletes are so welcoming and supportive, its like a family. This is the place to be to feel safe and pushed to your full potential in your athletic and nutritional journey.

I have been a member at CFJG for almost 2 years now and I continue grow as an athlete. The coaching staff here is very dedicated to fitness and their athletes' progress. I've been using CrossFit to reach my fitness goals for over 4 years now, and the last 2 years at CFJG have been the most productive. All of the athletes here are wonderful. We know how to work hard and have fun doing it. Stop by and check them out.
