ILoveKickboxing of Hamilton is the only place I would go to workout. I am a college athlete who was looking for a great way to stay in shape over the summer, and this is the most fun I have ever experienced working out! The staff is so friendly, you are able to work out at your own pace, and you will be excited to come back for another class. This is so much better than going to the gym; you leave feeling stronger and more confident!

ILoveKickboxing-Hamilton is great! The staff is friendly, helpful, and motivational. The classes are a ton of fun and a great workout. All fitness levels work and everybody is really helpful!

ilovekickboxing in Hamilton is a great place. I love going there so much. It´s just different than other gyms. It more like team sport. The instructors are motivating you and you get pushed to the fullest. At the end it just feels like a huge family. Even on my first day they had enough time to explain the workout to me, so i felt welcome from the beginning. Thank you guys!!!

I took my first class because of the push from my friend. I thought I was in pretty decent shape...wow Brandy taught a great class and really kicked my butt!! Highly recommend!!
