Story

Honor Yoga is a sustainable community of healing offering an approachable, loving environment to practice yoga. We currently have 6 beautiful, eco-friendly studios throughout Central New Jersey where you can honor your mind, body, and self. Our Yoga classes include restorative, beginner, power, vinyasa and prenatal as well as yoga teacher certification and training. We also offer a variety of workshops and meditation sessions. I came in for a Roots beginner class on Saturday with the instructor Rachel and it was amazing! I originally wanted to try it out in order to lead a more stress-free life and Rachel made it such a comfortable and relaxing environment. I could follow all of the moves and nothing was overly challenging. It made me feel better knowing that I could successfully do many of the positions. I will highly recommend this to friends and family and will be back next time my schedule allows.

A spacious, clean and inviting  yoga studio.  The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. There are several different types of classes to enjoy.

Honor Yoga provides a wealth of classes geared towards all levels at all times of the day. I particularly like the Hot Power yoga because of the challenge it provides.  I go every day so the variety keeps me from getting bored. The instructors are fantastic and help me to achieve new heights in my practice.  Great studio in Hamilton.

This was my first prenatal yoga class and I have taken only a few yoga classes here and there. Leslie was great walked through all movements and explained why we were doing them. It was helpful for a beginner like myself but did not in any way slow down the class with her explanations. Loved it and will def return!

I love the instructors. All the instructors explain moves well and in some classes I like to hear the mechanics behind the move. I also really appreciate the hands on approach and the reiki. Most days there is a class that works for me. I find the boutique assists to be very helpful. another thing I love is I never feel judged. Physically I have some limitations I am trying to work through and I never feel judged if I can't get into or stay in a position. The studio is very nice and welcoming. Lastly, I am thrilled there are early morning week day classes starting to be offered
