Being a new home buyer that has built multiple homes from different contractors i can honestly tell you purchasing a BK Cornerstone Home was the best experience we have had.   The quality and workmanship is first class, communication with the BK team was fantastic where customer service is number one, right down to working with Cassie and Shannon two of the best realtors around who really do want to ensure we as the purchaser is supported . We built our home with BK in 2014 and it turned out beautifully.  We constantly have people stop to ask who our builder was when we are outside.  I think overall its always a stressful experience to spend so much money on something you can't see before its done!  With any new build home there will be unforeseen issues that come up throughout the process and BK was always fair and eager to make it right.  Ben and Chris were great to work with, especially when I had some very specific design choices they wen't sure about, or when I came up with something to add on during the process! They met our tight deadline and were flexible so we could get in our home on the same day we closed our old home.  Our process was pretty smooth overall and in the end there were very few outstanding items. Now, 4 years later, there are a few things that we wish we would have done a little differently, but its hard to think of everything before you move in.  If you are looking to build a custom home without having to be your own general contractor, BK is the right choice for you!

To say our experience with BK cornerstone was outstanding is a serious understatement! The whole team from the leadership of Brent to everyone who was involved with building our home were experts in each of their trades. The staff at the office who took our many calls and emails were kind, professional and promptly responded with correct and accurate information to help us in this process. We were unaware of the integrity, professionalism and honour that this company exemplifies and are extremely pleased with the design and workmanship of our new townhouse. We would highly recommend this team/company to all our friends, family and anyone out there looking for a beautiful home with a beyond pleasant experience. Great experience building with BK Cornerstone. This was our second build but first with BK and we were blown away by the differences they provided. From the professionalism of all of their staff especially Brittany to the cleanliness of their worksite everything was wonderful. As with building any house there are hick-ups but they would quickly address and rectify without question. We are very happy with our decision to build a BK home and would do so again if we had to do it again.

We moved into our beautiful BK home in September 2020. The home is very well-built with attention to detail and stunning finishes. We are thrilled with our new home!  We interacted with the construction and repairs teams on a couple occasions for some installations that were delayed due to supply chain disruption caused by the pandemic cupboard doors, carpet, and tile. They were very professional and kind, and gave us some great tips about the house.  There were some delays getting the outdoor items finished. Ultimately the sod was laid by a subcontractor and there were some issues with job completion, job quality, communication, and accountability. The team at BK has worked with us closely to make it right. We appreciate all the support we received from BK's office team, and we value the work that the North42 Landscaping team completed for us.  I definitely recommend purchasing a BK home.

I build my first house with BK cornerstone and i would say they did best job i have ever seen so far in any new build house. Always honest and transparent on what they promise not even 1% less. I was dealing with Chris MacLeod…amazing person and very honest and always keep his words on what he promised…..Thank you Chris. I did not meet Brent very often while building my house but i always thankful to him on being patience and accommodating my request………YOU GUYS ROCKS…… A big thank you to Team BK
