The management here is incredible! They have helped me with answers any time I have a question! Mikala and Shannon are so customer friendly I wouldn't store any place else!!!!!

"It is superb facility and the customer service is optimal" is what i had posted prior to new people stepping foot in that building. That place is no where close to being as clean as it was before and recently they been working on the building and dont even have the courtesy to post anything on site saying that or that their gates wont be functioning. There isnt enough space for their work crew and customers to park, not enough space for multiple people to use the ramp in the main entry way and no real way to park where youre not invading any ones space or have people throwing trmper tantrums. This is coming from someone who is real patient in everyway shape and form and now its more than annoying. So far Ken, and Brittany have been the best most outgoing, fun and professional team that this facility has had. The new people seem like they dont have time, arent on top of things and do t seem to be as friendly.

Wonderful customer service! Clean and beautiful storage facility. Great one month free upon starting a storage unit. Highly recommend!

This facility has been a delight to work with. The storage spaces are clean , the doors have magnetic devices to keep them open. The elevator is very large. Most important the staff is friendly and so helpful.

The professional team at Extra space is helpful and always willing to help customers when any issue arises. Brittany offered us solutions to the best options available for our family. She made everything worth it. Awesome experience.
