Comically poor customer service. It is amazing how much information they keep from their customers and how rude they are when customers figure it out. If you ask for sales department, the answer will always seem to be "they are with a client", but then do not return the call - at least it was 6 for 6 in my phone experience. Best of luck if you make the attempt.
