Rosendo was professional, on time and did an absolutely fabulous jog.  He corrected the plumbing issues in the kitchen and hooked up a water line to the new refrigerator.  He removed wall concrete to get to the joint area where the copper and galvanized sections joined, replaced the galvanized joint and filled the hole so it looks like he was never here, other than all works superbly with all new pipes and connections.  Excellent work.  On time, dedicated to making all aspects correct and the work area was as clean as he found it to start.

Bobby was our main service professional.  He is the sort of plumber one can feel confident about calling on in the time of need:  courteous, competent, policy driven, and proud to work for the company that employs him.  
  When our concealed water leak became difficult to find, Bobby called in the assistance and equipment necessary to locate it.  The company kept us well informed along the way and stuck to their up front pricing.

Called mid afternoon with a leaking water heater.  Tyson called and came before the appointment time.  Water heater had been replaced 4 years earlier.  After checking it out, Tyson told me that the heater should not have failed and called Andrew.  They worked with the manufacturer to replace the heater under warranty.  Tyson brought a new replacement the next morning and installed.  He explained to me the reason it probably failed and the best way to prevent problems in the future.  While they could have added extra charges, they were looking out for the customer.  I had used Al Coronado Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so, and would be happy to have Tyson do the job.

Switched plumbers to Al Coronado and so far I couldn't be happier. The staff is extremely helpful. Edward our plumber is professional and explains everything. He goes out of his way to check the finished product, leaves job site very clean and makes it easy for the customer. So far I like the knowledge and excellent customer service calling on time, arriving on time and explaining the work he has to do.

As usually, Al's employees do much a great job.  Craig  and Xavier  did my annual service of my water heater and soft water system.  Sharp guys, they checkout the house and noticed all of water shut offs were frozen and needed to be replaced.  Work scheduled.  Why would anyone use another company? Over the years I have spent over $12,000 work of work.  Every penny well spent and I have a piece of mind.
