I was really happy with the service. I am very pleased that I purchased the warranty on ALL 5 appliances. One repair on one appliance paid for the warranty I have on all 5 appliances. I also take advantage of the yearly maintenance that is part of the agreements. I just put the reminder in my smartphone and let the alarm or notice take over. It is worth it for me and my wife. Thank you Sears. This is refreshing compared to my experiences last year. 🤗 😍

Great service. My Garage door opener went out. They arrived within 24 hours of my call and replaced with a new one! Very happy!

I purchased a washing machine several years ago and pAid for a contract to repair it if necessary. It started making loud grinding noises and I called repair. The repIr man came and said the number on the machine did not come up so they wouldn’t know what parts. To order. This being unacceptable, I called Sears and was told the same thing but the machine would still work with the noise. It no longer works And I must purchase a new one but NOT from Sears.

Refrigerator door broke in September 2017. Frig covered under Cap10 Service plan. Tech came out in September and determined a new door was needed. They put in the order. Part was supposed to be delivered bin two weeks, It didn't arrive and when tech checked it hadn't been ordered. They reentered it in the system and it was to arrive in early October, then late October, then early November, then Late November. Same December, January. It this point It was past the three month limit on getting it repaired and into the Cap10 replace option. Tech submitted it for replacement and it was declined and they said they would order door. The manufacturer said they no longer make the door. Finally got hold of someone again and it is "back in clips for review" and is supposed to be resolved in a week. It's now mid February 2018 and the end is no where in site. WHAT EVER HAPPEND TO SEARS?

HORRIBLE. I ordered a $200 set of tools online that said pick up today, i go to pick it up with my confirmation number and the workers said they couldn't find my name in the system, i asked for a manager they went to get him and the manager did not come to talk to me because he was being a coward he kept sending the workers to give me messages. I finally chased after him myself and he was NO help at all, he was the manager of the pick up area. He was very very rude and even refused to give me a refund when i showed him my email confirmation and my bank statement to show they already took my money out. I called customer service and they had the nerve to ask for my social security number, after i told the lady i will not give out my social she then yelled at me and said i was not cooperating and hung up! I have always shopped at Sears and this cut it, i will never do so again. Sears needs to be more aware of what kind of people they are hiring. If i could give zero stars i would
