The place is nice, clean and friendly attention... food is good; pizza pepperoni is really good and the tomato soup is a plus (very taste). The place is quiet and you don't have to wait, is fast.

This is probably my favorite Cosi location! I love that immediately after walking up the stairs from the M train I could see it. I love the quick, friendly service from all staff. I love how clean the place is kept (usually head over about 1.5 hours before closing--staff doesn't seem to rush us and it's nice to see them all doing a thorough cleaning job). The food is always good! I usually get the pepperoni pizza and my fiance enjoys the BBQ pizza. And the lemonade mojitos? DELICIOUS! I always enjoy my Cosi experience and I always come back for more.

Second worst salad I ever had. I usually get the chicken Caesar salad and it gets worse every time. Today sealed the deal regarding me not going back there. Almost no dressing, 6 croutons, and apparently the chicken can't be mixed in the salad now. Even the bread that's usually good was hard and cold. Horrible.
