Perfect for Sandwiches. It was the best cheese Sandwich I had so far in New York. The menu is not huge, but the selection is very good. The service is very helpful and friendly and the quality great. Please try the tots, they are wonderful. The "normal" one come with herbs and Parmesan cheese. I love the loaded :-) The decor is very nice and modern. Thanks guys - great experience!

I purchased the Truffle Melt and an order of tots. The tots are very good, perfectly crispy, but THIS SANDWICH. I cannot rave about this sandwich enough. It is the best sandwich I have ever eaten in my LIFE. A perfect amount of cheese, a slight garlicky taste from the truffle oil, fresh arugula, a gentle amount of black pepper, and I added in caramelized onions for a bit of a savoury edge. I came back a second time before I left and I'm STILL thinking about this sandwich 2 weeks later. Do yourself a favour. Purchase the truffle melt. It is a foodie's GREATEST DREAM.

I've been wanting to try some food from here ever since I saw one of my friends post a photo of their grilled cheese on Instagram. While I was out in Manhattan with my friend, we were close by to the Melt Shop and so we decided to finally try it. They were convinced that this place wasn't anything special until we actually tried their Grilled Cheese. It was really tasty and the price isn't that bad. I had ordered "The Big Skinny" since I was craving vegetables, and my friend ordered "The Burger Melt". He actually fell in love with the food and wants to return soon. My only complaint is that I felt like the sandwich had a bit too much grease on the bread. Every time I picked up my Grilled Cheese, I always needed to wipe the excess grease off. But they have different varieties of Grilled Cheeses that there's one for everybody. Overall, I recommend this place.

One of the best sandwich places in New York City in my opinion. If you want to eat food that is made with love, this may be the closest you'll get to grandma's cooking!

I was looking for a cool spot to eat with the family because New York is ridiculously expensive even with simple drinks and entrees. Found this amazing clean place with amazing sandwich options that are justly priced. Staff is more than welcoming and quick service. Awesome little select of beer too. It's a must and would definitely comeback
