Horrible customer service. Everything was unavailable except for hot tea! They didn't even let me use their washroom even though I bought a drink. Dirty tables and floor. Expect to be disappointed.

This is my go-to Pret. I am absolutely addicted to the coffee and its a super convenient location in Rock Center. The workers are wonderful and very kind - which is nice, especially during a hostile Manhattan morning commute. However, the only problem here is definitely a bit of slowness. I understand its early but everything should be pretty much ready to go for the early morning rush hour crowd. Coffee's are empty majority of the time, milk's and cream's take forever to come out, and even when theres no line, it'll take 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back and make an iced coffee. pretty sure I waited 5 minutes this morning and the coffee was RIGHT THERE - just no one to pour it. Days I'm running late, I have to skip them (and a lot of my friends say this too) because it just kills more time waiting for one cup of coffee. You never know how long you'll be in there. Overall, great job but need to keep up with the Manhattan pace!

had the most unpleasant experience with a horrible customer service. being a frequent Prêt visitor, I expected the staff to be welcoming and helpful. whereas here I had no greeting or thank you at the register, the staff made a money mistake and didn't even applogize for that, and provided a receipt ONLY when asked.
