You get what you pay for? Staff was unfriendly and incredibly awkward. I went in just to get my hair trimmed, thinking that couldn't really be messed up. The stylist insisted on cutting my (curly) hair dry, which should have been red flag number 1. Instead of feathering the ends as I'd asked, she chopped directly into the middle of my hair in what I guess was an attempt to "thin" it out, making my hair pretty triangular in relation to my face. She also combed through my hair so roughly that it got caught in one of my earrings (studs, nothing dangly...), which was mildly terrifying to say the least.  She'd finished cutting 3 times, each of which I spoke up about how I wanted the ends, when I just gave up asking. When I got home, I realized how uneven the cut was and how there are random pieces several inches longer than the rest. Never again...

Great a fantastic fresh cut under  $20. My stylist, sorry I forgot her name but she had a foreign accent if that narrows it down, was amazing. She tweaked my cut to fit my stubborn waves and made sure thru thw entiew cut that i was comfortable with my legnth; which seems simple but that kind of service is rare. She has that raw natural talent to give you what you want and what you need at the same time! Fyi the color was my own doing
