I've been going to Karen for over 10 years.  She is great at cuts and coloring.  Won't go to any other salon.

My heart was bleeding when the stylist asked me to look in the mirror. I would give 0 if I can. I came in the salon for the first time today for my appointment with Jana. When I arrived for my appointment, Jana was chatting/chatting/chatting/occasionally cutting a gentleman's hair. And she told me another stylist will work on my hair. 

While I waited for 25 minutes for the new stylist while Jana was still chatting/chatting/chatting with the gentleman. Then the horrible tragedy happened. I realized that stylist did not seem confident and was inexperienced in cutting people's hair. I almost cried when she told me to put on my glasses and to look in the mirror :..... I regret that I came to this look-destroying place :....

In hawaii i love getting my hair cut by regis but this place oh my goodness dont go. I had very long hair ask for a angle bob. The girl did a hack job on me. It look horrible to the point where no hair stylist can fix it cause it was cut to short. That was told to me. So now im trying to get it to grow out quickly might have to put in some clip in to cover up this horrible job. I wont be back!!!!!!

Zach is amazing!! Honestly, my hair has never looked so silky and gorgeous. I can't even believe that my hair had such potential! Also, it was a great 45 minutes. I had soo much fun with him. He's just a fabulous person to talk to! Can't wait to see him again! I'll be coming back from Virginia to see him for my next cut, color, blow-out, whatever. Probably one of the best stylists in Cola!
