Very displeased. Waste of time and gas. There was only one stylist. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait after I had alreAdy waited 20 minutes. Even though I had an appointment. The stylist didn't seem too concerned, just said "she'll be with me in a moment" last I checked 50 minutes is not a moment. Horrible customer service, I Won't be back. Thankfully, I called the location on Dutch Fork rd about 10 minutes away and was able to do a walk in. Very satisfied with my experience at this location so far (I'm under the dryer right now) come to Smart Style @ Walmart on Dutch Fork rd instead!!

I can't even begin to describe my experience over a period of 2 days. For lack of better words, "Absolutely Awful". The lack of customer service skills and the lack of concern for my inconvenience was unbelievable and unacceptable. The stylist unwillingness to offer an apology for my inconvenience or an alternative to resolve the scheduling issue was quite surprising, considering I have visited this salon before. Never Again will I patronize this location nor will I recommend to anyone else. Shame on this company's management! Please forward this comment to the Company's President.
