This is the most disappointing place I could have imagined. I think that the products are great and they have great selections, but there were two incidences where the employees were extremely rude. The manager of the store was so mean when asking for a refund for my money back. We quarreled a little, and then he said that I was lying straight to his face." A seriously unnecessary remark! Then another lady asked if I was doing alright, and I said, "honestly, the man at the register was a little rude." She said, "Well then you can just leave!" I loved the things in the store, but the services and the people made the atmosphere terrible. If you are to go buy something from them, don't do it at this store, do it somewhere else.

First time there and everyone was very nice and helpful. Prices are good as well. Definitely will be going back and telling friends and family

The employees were so helpful and, unlike other retail stores, they dropped their tasks to assist me. Gee, back to basics! Thank you for your assistance and making shopping a positive experience again. Also, I noted that the employees didn't carry their cell phones around.....nice!

Nice, clean and well organized store. They have a great selection, especially in the food section. Lots of things I haven't seen in years. Staff was polite, friendly and very willing to help. Nicest lady ever at the checkout line.

They gave me wrong chairs. One hour driving back to return . I asked them say "sorry " and the supervisor Marisa said "what else do you want ?..". Rude and bad customer service . World Market ,you need to educate your people .
