Very lengthy process. I was in the store for at least 2 hours for only 2 items. Printer wasnt working properly. The manager seemed unlearned on the system, manager kept butting in to help other associates with other customers unnecessarily. They don't have public restrooms. Then I called back to give an update on my info and a rude person answered and let me know I wasn't on schedule as told. And when ai expressed my disdain he just wanted to say I need to talk to the manager. Just rude. These people have zero customer service skills. Zero Stars

Chris the store manager was so helpful!! He was very patient and helped me pick what would work best for my spaces. He suggested other items (like a lamp!) but was not pushy about it at all when I declined. I should have got them though lol! Crew was kind and worked quickly with set up and removal of furniture. Thanks for taking a bit of stress away from me!!!

The new store manager is cool, he has helped me with all the issues from the last guy Fred (who was a complete A-hole, who never did anything but be rude). I think his name is Chris. Fixed my account and helped me get my items fixed, I will be keeping my business here from now on. He even got new staff in this location who are much better than the last people

I would give a zero stars if l could but you need 1 star to post. The rudest of all of the employees at this branch is the so called "manager" who would not even apologize for a mess they created and failed to pick up the short term mattress rental we had made for the holidays. You would think l owed them money the way he just came on the phone and was blatantly rude and we had issues on the delivery as well where they screwed up the address. I will never go there and if you are reading this and have another store close, go there instead because it will save you a headache.

These people are thieves and when I finally had them come pick up there stuff they broke the door jams scratched up the paint oh my 11 year old was at home by herself for a bit and they just walked in and helped themselves to water in the fridge and sweared allot I have a nanny cam recording
