Very unhappy with chair. Bought one with swivel, rocker. It feels like it is thrown forward. First I was told they could remove the rocker, swivel bottom, which would have been fine. Then I was told no....and that I knew what the chair did when I bought it. Now I sit with books piled under it, so I don't feel like I am going to land on my nose! Will not do business with them again.

Slimy sales who over promise and under deliver. Bought two chairs and we had to return after two attempts at a decent chair the other one broke after a year and a half and I have to pay labor on it to have it fixed. Warranty is not what they communicate. Way too much money spent for subpar product and service.

All my life I had heard about the quality of La-Z-Boy. We purchased a couch and a recliner. The sales guy was very friendly. The backing on the chair lost it's support after 1 month. When the repair guy finally made it out (several weeks) he actually commented that the new plush furniture won't hold that well because it is so soft. Great thing to tell a customer that just spent over two thousand dollars on your product. They offered to get a replacement back and add extra padding. Long story short, they forgot to order it, I contacted the manager and she helped get it ordered. When the back finally arrived (several additional weeks) I was told the first opening they had to install it was 3 weeks away. I picked it up and installed it myself. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOUSY QUALITY!!!!!!
