Not very happy with the staff at the Prescott Cost Co Pharmacy! Had to move all my prescriptions from Sam's Club over to Cost Co Pharmacy! The only draw back is the customer service! I have experienced both in person and on the phone with individuals at this pharmacy as both rude and short with me! Also, you do not receive any type of notification when or if there are problems with your prescriptions until you go to check on them! This was how I found out that they do not call to let you know your prescriptions are ready or if there might be a problem! Perhaps I need to get familiar with the way they do things, but they could learn a couple of things from Automation! Such as alerts when prescriptions are ready for pick up! It would cut done on phone calls to the pharmacy and interuptions to the staff! I have met a couple of very helpful staff and very nice Pharmacist! But some of their front office staff need to be retrained on good customer service techniques, both in front of customers and on the phone! Hope this changes in the future as I get to know the staff and understand their process!
