I love Frys..but it has disapointed me twice..since when is it ok for people to vape in the store??.. Nothing against vaping..Do it outside!..Have some respect People..some people are sensitive to these smells and for some triggers Migrains! For those of you idiots that think it doesn't smell..WRONG! Today when I asked the manager if it was allowed..she said no..But did nothing about it!

My son has serious form of Epilepsy that causes him to seize continuously while he is asleep, unless he takes his medicine. It can get pretty scary, anyways, we were out of refills and we were waiting on the doctor to send over a new script. She hadn't gotten back to the pharmacy yet and it was getting later and later. Finally, I went in and asked if I could pay for an emergency supply to get him through the night, one of the other pharmacists had done this before... I explained to this new pharmacist (VERY young looking Chinese male) what would happen if he didn't get his medicine before he fell asleep and this pharmacist said: "I AM NOT GIVING YOU ANY MEDICINE, LET HIM SEIZE AND THEN TAKE HIM TO THE ER" I have never been soo mad in my whole life. How heartless can you be, let a 7 year old suffer over 1 pill :(

I called in to confirm if my sons prescription was ready to be picked up. Bonnie took my call and was extremely rude and just seemed annoyed that she had to take my call. Sick as can be, I tried to spell out the name for her because its hard for me to talk, trying to make things easier for her. She proceeded to tell me "I don't know what your problem is but you sound like your under water so stop." I explained to her I was sick so it was easier for me to spell it so she can understand rather than say it for the 6th time!!! I have never been talked to by any of the other staff in such a way and thank you to Bonnie, I will be taking my monthly reoccurring scripts and money to Walmart!! And might I add, these aren't cheap prescription either!! My advise, find a new job Bonnie. Or better yet, staff friendly employees Frys!!!

LIES. These people close at 8pm not 9pm. Drove all that way for nothing for my babies ear medication, now she has to suffer all night because you're incorrect internet information. The pharmacy staff did'nt even pick up the phone at 8:01. You can tell these people really "care" about the well being of the customer.
