Good value for your money. Better products than other comparable warehouse stores. GENEROUS return policy if you ever need to utilize it. VERY helpful staff.

What can I say ITS COSTCO. Everyone loves Costco. Clean store, friendly employees, great selections. We must not forget the food courtyard Pizza, super yummy hot dogs, rocking salads and the prices are unbeatable. Love Prezkits Costco 🤗

Great store. Everything stays in consistent places. Two words of caution 1. Parking is horrible and it's always busy (even more now that Sam's closed) and 2. Just like all Costco's one week they'll have your favorite stuff and the next they don't carry it anymore.

Manager contacted me and assured me things were going to improve.  With Sam's Club Closing it looks like Costco is our only option:)

I had written a detailed review of my problems with this location but have decided to keep it short and simple.  The employees are rude (especially the cashiers) and seem to be miserable.  Maybe they have been here too long and need to retire or get a new job.  Most of the produce we purchase goes bad within 3-5 days (yes, it has been refrigerated) and the Hickman eggs sold as Grade A Large are at best small eggs so not a good value for the money.  
I have called the store and contacted Costco via their complaint line/email and nothing has changed.  In fact no one has even reached out to me.  There's one manager at this store that seems to care but I'm guessing he has limited ability to make things change.  I purchase fuel, dry/frozen goods, household items and some electronics but I try to avoid any fresh (it's not fresh) produce.  It's just this Costco...I have shopped at Costco stores in Phoenix and never experienced any issues.  
My daughter was treated rudely by one of the Prescott cashiers this past weekend.  I guess customer service is not a top priority at this store anymore.  Still love Costco just don't don't like our local store and many of its employees.

Now that Sam's has closed, we have gone back to shopping at Costco. I liked Costco but didn't want to pay 2 membership fees. What I noticed while shopping are the familiar faces. Many employees are still there which is good sign.
