The head male pharmacist is beyond rude and terribly disrespectful. The female pharmacist is no bouquet of daisies, either. Poor communication, no follow through, medications out of stock-BAD. I use to really enjoy giving them my business-not any more.

Nice customer service in the pharmacy. Sometimes a longer that usual wait. The front cashier seems to always be backed up.

Extremely poor service. Got 3 calls to notify me that my prescriptions we're ready. Every time I went to pick it up, I was told it was not ready. I have been for my prescription for 3 hours when the said it would take 30 minutes. This place used to be my favorite but it has gone down hill quick!

This particular Walgreens pharmacy is truly hit and miss. The head male pharmacist is incredibly unprofessional and makes it really clear that he does not like dealing with people in any capacity. Some of the folks back there are great. They're professional, friendly, efficient etc. So the ones that are the issue still outweigh the ones who are really doing a great job. The wait, at times, is unbelievably long so unless I absolutely have to wait, I don't. Definitely best to have your prescriptions on autofill, so you can just stop by and pick them up. They do have a drive through that is often quite busy, but the employees that work the drive through are usually efficient, friendly and professional. Some of the customers just really like to use the drive through to hash out insurance issues etc. but that's no fault of the store.

Said "We'll have a tech check tomorrow if your insurance covers your meds, I'm not even suppose to be here." I wound up paying through the nose for the prescription I desperately needed with the knowledge that my two insurances would have covered it. BTW, the "tech" never did call or check for that matter. Avoid this place at all cost.
