This is two reviews in one. Basically the tire prices are pretty good. I think it would take some research to beat the prices to the point it is worth it to switch. The free tire rotations and wheel balances are definitely a great benefit of buying tires here. The service portion of the deal is downright abysmal. Costco would benefit from employing two front line cashiers/customer service reps that do just customer service, not service tires-I think in the present setup, technicians have difficulty telling the difference. I consider myself lucky that I can send my spouse most of the time and not have to deal with the bad taste in my mouth left from having to deal with the employees that work here.
