I renewed my membership online but the customer service lady didn't believe me, when I finally looked for the purchase online and proved to her that I actually paid. She had the nerve to ask me to go to the return desk and to restart the process. Mind u I have a baby with me and the store was about to close. My husband felt like the lady didn't want to serve us for racial reason. I hate to admit it but I felt the same. The other co-worker tried to help and she had a nasty attitude toward the other co-worker. I finally asked for a day pass since we have been waiting for 30 minutes now and we needed stuff for the baby. They called my phone a couple minutes later to apologize but we are cancelling our membership. I don't need to pay for a membership to be treated poorly.

Love this place with good ambiance and clean facilities. The staff are friendly and the price are ok. They sell really affordable snacks with refillable soda.
They also have ample parking and always carry a good variety of products.

I love Costco. Great buys on quality food, including organic, electronics, household items, wine, beer, liquor, clothes, gas and lots of stuff you didn't know you needed. Expect to leave with a full cart and a lighter wallet.

Great for gas and shopping. Parking lot is designed a little weird. You have to be on alert.

I go to Costco every Month. I go There to get My Daily Needs. I get My Produce, My Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. And, also My Snacks. It's a Wholesale Club. They Have a lot to choose from. I'm Very Pleased with Costco. They Have Everything I Need. And, not Only that. But, they Have a Liquor Store on the Outside of the Building. And, they Have so Many Items to Choose from. And, at  Good Prices that can't be Beat. And, The Prices inside the Club are pretty Decent. It is Just a Good Place to go. If You want to Buy in Bulk.
