Over all I love Costco but 1. Can you guys stop moving product around? No stuffs there to ask and wasting time to find the product you usually buys. 2. Product you brought may not be there next time you visit. 3. Receipt checking is getting slower and longer.

Claudia was the person to check for your card today. My wife took mine. I was waiting for gas and could not get any because of that fact. My Mom had 3 of my children inside the store getting Halloween costumes. Because I did not have my card, I could not get into the store without going through the line for new card holders takes a few minutes...not a big deal "Claudia screaming GO GET YOU"RE CARD in a very unfriendly manner to almost assume that I was just trying to get in not being an actual member..." funny I remember telling her that I had one just was not with me... and having my children inside a store with my mother. That I could not go into was INFURIATING! & PUBLIC HUMILIATION  was not on my to do list either... just a good family day starting at Costco. Which turned into the worst day I've ever had at Costco. GEE THANKS CLAUDIA.
I hope someone reads this and lets her know NOT to get in between a parent and their children. and then disrespect them on top of that. I wish there was A NO STAR BUTTON

This Costco ALWAYS provides excellent costumer service. The food is a great price. You end up spending a lot because, let's face it, you have to get everything, but in the long run you save so much more!!!

Costco is my favorite place to buy the things I need for my house and family. 
It doesn't matter the location, staff is always helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the items and products. In order to not have problems finding a parking space, duting holidays, I always shop days in advance and that way I avoid the crowds. 
I have shop at Costco for over 20 yrs, and don't see myself going anywhere else.
