Have been going here for years. Now, the same tire has been charged 3 different prices, told we have a gash in one place when we don't (it seemed to have moved?!), and their team seems bothered when we question how they can order the wrong tires when they can go off their computer screen and review out purchase history. And besides the air caps missing after service and being told we have a nail in the tire and don't, their explainations boarder close to either lies or stupidity. 

Direct quote concerning the nail, "Maybe what they thought was a nail just fell off."  When you take off a tire and do an assessment, then make a discovery, then present a resolution you would hope the "professionals" would make the basic, and right observation.  I am amazed at this horrible service.

Lemon tires !!!!!!!!!DON'T BUY
I can't tell you how much I express the worst service ever . time and time I try to come back to this place in chino hills. They try to sell me lug nuts for 60 something dollars After they broke my cap off my lug nut and being a mechanic knowing that those only cost a few dollars that they're trying to upsell me I bought a set  of Road huggers tires 60,000 miles Warranty  GT ECO Very bad tires please don't buy . I took my car in 110,450 miles at chino hills America tire .Chino MK Smith Chevy dealership Told me at a 129,785 That your tires are halfway gone WOW. Yesterday I went to MK Smith they said my tires ARE  bald 3/32 or less so I went to American tires thinking they're gonna warranty their tires just to find out they prorate the tires !my tires prorated at 34,000 miles I tried to explain to them that you cannot sell something saying it's Warranty 60, 000 miles. than tell the Customer   that you have to pay for a whole  set of new tires does that make sense  .The salesman told me my tires would  last 60,000 miles or more miles  and I paid 497.97  Today they told me that I need to pay them  them 300 and something dollars they prorated my tires that's what they call warranty I thought they're gonna replace my tires for free because they sold me lemon tires why should I pay for something that they lied about .I bought 40,000 mile tires before this a they Lasted  60,000 miles. My car miles is at 144,946 So I went back with the same tires I bought last time that lasted 60,000 miles😁 that were prorated for 40,000 miles☺
I think for now on ! I'm gonna go to Costco And getting Michelin tires $200 difference from cheap tires

Check their website,it said my tire available,when I go,they said no any tire available in my size,must wait,I order and wait their phonecall.then I go check my tire pressure,the guy work on a RV over half hour,I talk to him,I just need one tire check,not need one minute,can you do it for me first,the guy give me a long long face and said he must finish the RV first.  Wait 2hour,still no one call me,go and cancel my order,at least I can do this.they even not ask why I cancel my order,cool. Go Costco get my tire and save $50.
