I have been coming here for almost two years and am so pleased with my services. The doctors and staff are just incredible, and my neck and back are feeling so much better! They are always able to get me in, no matter how short the notice. If I'm hurting, they do all they can to make it right! Both my husband and I come here for treatment, and it has improved our health and quality of life so much! You will be well-treated, and you will feel better! They are thorough, friendly, and truly care about me and my well-being.

My daughter and I both signed up and found the Staff and Doctors to be very friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We had great results and have been pain free ever since. No more adjustments, no more pain, flexibility has returned and we are both very satisfied. I highly recommend the program if you are interested in good long term results that allow you to continue to do the activities you love.

I've been going to this clinic for over a year. I could not stand in one spot for longer than 5 minutes without a lot of pain. Their continuous support has helped me to regain the ability to stand in one place a lot longer. I can now go to exhibits and stand in a line longer than I have had the ability in the past 15 years. They are a very friendly group of people and very accommodating. If you're early or late to your appointment, not to worry, they'll squeeze you in line. They also have a diet plan that works. With diet, therapy and adjustments from the doc, I am feeling better than before. I have quit drinking caffeinated drinks. My previous daily headaches are gone. When you decide it is right for you, don't just do the therapy, do the diet plan as well.

Dr Dean came to my wife's work to offer X-rays and an evaluation for the special price of $40 each. We assumed that she would know about our insurance benefits and would work on our best interest. After the evaluation I was offered a program that included 42 visits with a couple more x-ray with reviews and a few take home stretch block pads for a discounted price of $2,747.50 if I payed up front in full or the cost in payments would be $3,435. Both options were to include up to 10 payed visits covered at 80% from our insurance worth $600. Being in a lot of pain and pressure from both Dr's to invest in myself I accepted. Each time I went in for a visit I was baffled by how much I was paying for what my treatment was. Each treatment which was mostly traction lasted between 25-40 minutes including the short visit with Dr Ratliff. After my 10th visit I had to take an extended break from being out of town that lasted close to a month. During my break I decided to cancel the remaining visits and x-ray evaluations as most of the program was home based anyways on the foam blocks. I notified them of my decision and was required to go through an exit interview which of course was guilt based. They then had 30 days to decide my refund. My total refund was $1,179.50 from $2,747.50. Dr Dean told me I would also get back any payments made from my insurance on my behalf. After a couple months passed and no word yet we checked with the insurance and found out that they hadn't filed a claim for me and that I have up to 26 visits a year covered at 80% not just 10. I spoke with Dr. Dean about this again and stressed that I have absolutely over paid for services and that if they don't file I don't even get credit toward my yearly maximum deductible. She said she would check on it and make sure to get it filed for me. Four months later it's still not been filed for me. I paid $1,568.00 for 10 visits and some foam blocks and didn't even have my yearly maximum deductible reduced. The good news in all of this is I still have all 26 visits to go somewhere else. They are still getting two stars because I still use my foam blocks at home to put a better curve in my back and neck which has helped a bit.
