Dr Jones always listens to my views and seems interested in my opinion. Diabetes management must be a partnership, and I feel comfortable and confident that Dr Jones will support me in management choices. Spends the time needed to discuss concerns.

Great Dr, but very difficult to get Rx refilled on time.  My pharmacy has been trying for a week to get an RX refill approved, but this Dr office never responds to them.  Have used up two "loaner" sets of meds from the pharmacy. I tried calling the Dr office today at 10 am, but the recording says it's '"after hours".  Not happy.
