This is my first truly favorable experience with a Doctor. Michael Gomez is very patient, he listens, he addressed all of my concerns. He regularly follows up with me and responds in a timely manner. My wait times are always nominal.

I have been very impressed with Dr. Pradhan. She is very patient in answering questions and sharing pertinent information. I loved not feeling like she was just rushing through the appointment! My teenage daughter also really like going to her. She does a great job of discussing sensitive information and is open, caring, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

Love Dr. Pradhan as a primary care for my mother, who is 82 years old. BUT, all that is no good if you can't get in. You can wait on hold for over 20 minutes and calling back at another time doesn't help, it is the same thing. If you leave a message your call isn't returned. Prescriptions are not called into the pharmacy forever. Then, when my mother went back for her physical she was told she didn't have to take the medication any longer, and a week after that her prescription was called into the pharmacy. I think we are going to have to change doctors to one with a more efficient office management.

My husband and I rarely get sick or have any reason to go to the doctor. Over a year ago (January 2016) was the last time I had to go in. I went here and saw Dr Guerra. I explained that we had moved over to this area and asked if Dr Guerra would take my husband as a new patent as well. I was told that he would take him as he was happy to keep families together. Fast forward to a year later and my husband needs to see a doctor. He was told the soonest they could schedule him was a month out. He will be better in a month and won't need to see a doctor. I understand that this is policy and most doctors offices are like that now but I was told he could be accepted and now he has to schedule an appointment to be seen for absolutely no reason, wasting both his and the Doctors time so that he can be taken on as a new patient. In the meantime he will have to go to an instacare to have the problem taken care of.
