Suzanne and Jay have been so incredibly supportive,  attentive, patient, thorough, and have truly listened to my concerns and requests. It is rare to find doctors who take the time to listen and approach the patient with curiosity and care, listening to where a person is coming from. The front desk has always been so on top of their game when I have been in the office or call in and they work together as a team very effectively and have great attitudes. I have so enjoyed being a patient at Cottonwood and highly recommend them to anyone seeking thorough, thoughtful, friendly, holistic patient care!

I moved my medical records to Cottonwood health two years ago after a bad experience elsewhere. I was searching for professional, intelligent Doctors to help me manage my health care. 
Two times so far I have been able to be seen without an appointment with urgent matters. Today was one of those days. I was treated with professionalism, empathy and kindness by Megan and also Dr. Jay Ciotti. I left feeling empowered and cared for. I highly appreciate knowing that I have a Doctor I can trust to guide me in the direction that is best for my overall health. And an office staff that wants only the best for their patients.

This is a really great practice. Every time I've gone in, I'm warmly greeted and attended to by a staff that I wish was in every office. Dr. Jay Ciottii is always thorough, kind and listens to what my concerns are. It is just a positive experience all the way around.

My wife and I have been with these physicians since about 2004. I have always been impressed that the appointments are very timely and yet I have never once felt rushed during a visit. Dr. Jay always takes time to explain my treatments and to answer all my questions. But more importantly, he listens to what I have to say. I have been extremely happy with the medical services provided at Cottonwood and have no desires to change doctors.
