Cottonwood Mobile Home Park is a family park
Cottonwood Mobile Home Park is a family park. We have available spaces ranging from $360 for a RV space up to $500 for a space with a yard and carport. No utilities are included. We take pride in providing a safe and family community environment for our homeowners. So, everyone over the age of 18 is required to fill out a tenant screening application and pay a non-refundable $45 screening fee. The fee for legally married couples is $50.
