Once, I came here for a special science field trip for the 6th grade, and I found the park interesting. Reviews state that the pond water is “yucky and dirty”, but during my field trip, we tested the pH level of the pond water, and it was actually 6.3, which is fair quality. Barely any waterfowl come by at this time. A lot of baby fish during the spring time. The playground looks nice for kids. The City of Puyallup does its best to maintain this natural habitat, and I’m proud of that. I know that the bugs provide food for the fish in the pond, but to be honest, there’s too many of them when you go down to the docks. Clark’s Creek is a great sight to see, during a sunny day. DeCoursey is a great park overall.

My kids love coming here. The play ground is nice, there's a covered spot for picnics, and a nice trail around the pond to watch the ducks swim. Not super wheelchair friendly however, the trail is gravel. There's also a dog park across the way for your furry friends.

A little overgrown but still a great place to walk. New playground make it enjoyable for the kids!

Super cute little park. Known as the "duck pond park" around Puyallup. This park used to be so full of ducks. It's a lot better now they got 2 new play structures and most of the ducks are gone now so that means the water does not stink as it used to and there is not as much poop in the grass. The water is still pretty nasty from the ducks but it's loads better. It has a cute little trail around the small pond with docks around the pond. However as soon as it gets dark I advise leaving, tweakers use this place for drugs and even Durning the day they can be seen wacked out if their minds on drugs walking the park. Cute park, but keep an eye on the kids and don't let them wander in case a tweaker is around. But puyallup is full of tweakers now so it's unavoidable.

Best small park in the area. Lots of ducks to watch, play area for the kids and community gazebo, etc.
