Country Hill Motors has been a locally owned and family run business serving the Kansas City community since 1984! We provide quality used vehicles at market prices for customers that don’t want to take on the costs and burdens of buying new.

Amazing experience! We recently had a very BAD experience earlier in the week at another area dealer. From the beginning of this transaction with Country Hill Motors, I was impressed with the website and quality of inventory before I ever spoke to an employee. Julio Lara was professional over the phone and even better in person. This was a cash sale on an older car, but I got amazing service from start to finish as if I was buying the nicest car on the lot. We were acknowledged with the same level of courtesy and professionalism from everyone in the building, even other sales staff. I highly recommend this family owned dealership. I will start here every time when I am in the market for a car again.

HIGHLY RATED. Buying previously owned cars can be a very difficult and unpleasant experience. I have been buying used cars for some time, to avoid that awful depreciation of the new cars. I have had some very unpleasant experiences. I mean its always "BUYER BEWARE."

So I buy my first car from Country Hill. Got a good deal; had a very low stress experience at the dealer; no finance guy BS, everything was great from the sales guy to the finance guy and out the door. 

But then it got cold... 4 days into owning the car the battery died; the key quit working properly (electronic chip key stuff); the windshield wipers were dry rotted; one of the headlights were out; and the heater wouldn't work. All this in 2 days. My stress level was through the roof...

Now Country Hill offers a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. But as you are well aware, most of the items failing on the car are excluded from a warranty. I called Country Hill and that car went into service and they had everything addressed in a day; rides to and from work; I was back in the car in a day; and the few items they couldn't address that day were on order and I felt like and was treated by all with a smile and a happy spirit. I felt like I just bought a brand new Lexus and was getting that red carpet service.

I have to say Country Hill Motors won my business and my referral. Stuff happens... I get that. But that dealer could have just turned their back and walked away and been in the "legal right" to do so. But they were more concerned than "doing right" then "being right" and that car shoppers is the epitome of trust. I have never been more impressed with any after the sale service in my life.

You can trust these guys and you can buy with confidence. Words escape me, to express my positive experience at this dealership!

Nice place with actually nice vehicles. They work with your needs and help you get a car you actually want. Outstanding employees are helpful to your needs not just trying to make that sale. I have full gratitude for country hill motors. Really nice experience. A++++

Just purchased a car today from Country Hills Motor.   We were spotted this car online, decided to take a chance and drive the three hours each way to make the purchase..  SO GLAD WE DID!! This was exactly as described to us by Kelly - our salesman!!  He had the car detailed and waiting for us when we made the trip to pick it up.  We spent less then an hour there before they had us on our way home.  Everyone from Kelly - to the detail guy ( who did a few last minute requests) - to the finance manager ( who secured an excellent rate for us) made this experience a good one!!  THANK YOU!

Julio and Paul were great to work with.  Helpful during test drives and very fair with vehicle price.  Staff was very enjoyable to work with.  Very happy!
