I am a 21 year old automotive student. I bought a 96 corolla from here a year ago. Sure they are helpful people and make buying a car easy. Car runs and drives, however that shouldn't be the only requirement to sell, especially when you are selling a car this crappy so much over it's value. No focus on quality. 

This wonderful car came with: 
 
- A PATCHED oil pan and leaking valve cover resulting in a slow oil leak.

 - Broken trunk and passenger door locks, driver door handle cracked meaning you are pulling the cable inside to unlock door and driver lock tumbler is worn and I replaced them myself. 

- Car has been in an accident took it in for an alignment at school and the values the Alignment machine detected were indicative of having been WRECKED. Alignment will not fix the pull. 

- Bumper, Radiator support, and headlights all slant down or have been bent due to whatever collision the car was in. 

- Completely out of balance tires. 

- 2 broken rear struts. (Tip: Listen for a loud noise while going over a bump) 

The LEAST they could have done was balance the tires for Christ sake is there not even a tire machine there??? A little GIRL like me did it in 30 minutes!

 If it weren't for the repairs I've done on this car I'm afraid the engine would have seized due to lack of oil. And if it weren't a TOYOTA it would have been done for long ago.  

Pay attention to what you are buying here no matter it's value and do not trust the used car you are buying has been checked... For anything.

Baited then switched. Found a really nice car with an excellent price, salesman was very good for as much as he could do. Turning us over to the sales manager who started processing sale, after getting paper work and financing lined up $2000+ additional fees. Sales manager disappeared

Classic car salesman. Pushy and trying to make a sale. Knows all the lines to try to convince you to buy now. Purchased a vehicle but they failed to give me the bill of sale and the title at the time of sale. Then when I called they said they would have it ready in a few days, still the title was at another location! It has been over a month now!!! Would not recommend this car dealership. Not good business practices.

Fred helped my husband and I with purchasing our vehicle. He was so patient with us as we came back 3 days in a row and took our time deciding. He wasn't pushy at all, but took a genuine interest in our lives. We really couldn't have been happier with the way we were treated and valued, and we ended up finding the perfect car for our growing family. Thanks so much, Fred!
(It was also a VERY quick process and after we decided were in and out within the hour. Way to go! 🙌🏼)

We shopped online for a bit before coming to the dealership. We saw all of our choices available and we test drove the first choice and bought it shortly after. Daniel was great and upfront on the history of the vehicle (which I already knew because I saw the car fax) he gave his personal opinions on some of our choices and wasn’t pushy at all on trying to get us to settle on a vehicle we weren’t to sure on since this car was for my daughter. Anthony, the finance representative, was great as well and has a great smile ☺️!! These gentlemen were friendly and didn’t make this process chaotic or difficult for me. We were pretty much in and out in a little over an hour! Great service and great employees!!!
