If you’re dying to have the WORST and MOST AWFUL car buying experience, then Rock Auto KC is the best place for you! I decided to purchase a car from this dealership, and trade-in my vehicle. The agreement was that they would pay off the trade-in vehicle. Well guess what….. I traded in the vehicle and purchased a used one from them in September 2016. They did not pay the loan off on the traded vehicle until the middle of December 2016.  Since the first week of purchasing the car, I have called the dealership, spoken to the financial manager, and the owner with no solution, no explanation as to why the loan had not been paid off, and a bunch of empty promises of the loan getting paid immediately. It got to the point where I had to contact the State Attorney’s office, and the bank that Rock Auto KC does business with in order to get that loan completely paid off.  Oh, and also, I JUST received (1/23/17) the title for the purchased car. So, my tags since then have expired and are overdue. They didn’t even get the car inspected by the state when they purchased the vehicle from the previous owners who were out of state. To top it off, my credit score has suffered due to the loan not having monthly payments made on time. I have definitely had more headaches during this time period of my life than someone who has medical episodic migraines. Thanks Rock Auto KC! I thought nightmares only existed in dreams… Turns out they can become a reality when dealing with you!

This place was great got a really great deal the staff was friendly and helpful didn't keep me waiting the detail guy took extra attention getting my car ready while they were doing paperwork in the office for me.  I received my title within two weeks registered my car with no problems. I will be back again. I'd recommend this to my friends family and anybody else who wants a good experience and a great car .

In the past 3 years I have purchased three cars from this dealership all three have been trade ins that I purchased they've all been great. I've dealt with different people each time and can't complain about any of them. I will continue to come back this is my dealer. I will not go to anybody else thanks Rock Auto KC

Jonathan the owner is a good dude, very professional and sells great cars and the right price.

The previous employee, who no longer works there, did not give me my title on time, but when I called and told them about the title penalty fee,  they offered to reimburse me for the fees and were extremely understanding and polite. Also, I had mechanical problems early on and they took care of me free of charge and gave me a loaner car while it was being fixed. When I purchased the car, I was worried about Rock Auto, but now I am so happy I chose to buy my car from them. Jonathan and Cory are excellent! Thanks, guys!!
