Very clean hotel. Staff was fine, helpful. There is a great bowling alley across the parking lot from the hotel that has really good pizza and bowling specials during the week. Breakfast is hot and LOTS of options. Didn't check out any amenities sorry.

Awesome room, comfy bed and pillows. Warm pool and warmer hot tub. And they didn't require $50 up front for incidentals like the Gurnee IL location. Staff was very nice too.

Very nice room with great service. Good amenities including; Indoor pool, workout room and guest laundry. Breakfast is excellent. I enjoyed the homemade waffles. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I needed a quite place to work and make phone calls away from my delightful but loud family. The manager let me use an unoccupied suite for a couple of hours. We will be back.

Ok place to stay unless there's a bowling tournament going on that you're not a part of. We were placed right in the middle of several rooms who were bowling participants. They were drinking and VERY loud. Lots of doors slamming and when we complained to the front desk they said there wasn't much they could do about it. Front desk staff weren't very helpful. Not being local residents and therefore unfamiliar with the vicinity, we asked about where the closest grocery store would be and the young man (hispanic) at the front desk said "I'm not from this part of town so I don't really know." Customer service really needs to improve at this location before we would  stay here again.

Good, basic accommodations.  The room was quiet, clean enough, and comfortable.  The carpets and some decor look a bit dated and worn, but nothing I was too surprised about given the value price.  The pool and hottub are a nice addition and being pet-friendly was what sold the place given that I travel with dogs.  It's next door to a bowling alley and a gas station, right off the highway. I'll consider visiting again the next time I'm in town!
