I have stayed here several different times with multiple night stays. Front Desk Associates are amazing. They go out of there way to assist you when needed. They are very kind and when I speak with them I feel like I'm talking to a friend. Housekeeping Associates do an amazing job. They are always on top of getting you what you need for your room and cleaning it to the highest standards. Manager is a very professional but personable man. I have witnessed him treating his employees with great respect and treating guest like they are family!!

I appreciate you are remodeling.  A chair held together by brackets that are bent is not acceptable.  The carpet has not been cleaned in the maybe past year.  It was a little gross.   Thank goodness for washable socks.  The sheets were paper thin.   I appreciated the discounted price and probably got what you should expect for that price.  Next time I will ask for a updated room.

I had reserved a 2 bed and was put into a single. In that single room found the wall light not working.. The power strip was plugged in but lamp cord not in.. moved bed to get to the lamp cord. Oh my God disgusting ! and then, the cord wasn't long enough anyway.. the television is a tube, i thought, if this was jail, well, wait, it is a jail... called up front desk, the person then gave me my room as i had first requested (like it was a problem to begin with).. flat screen TV 2 beds and didn't look under or around the bed ... You get what you pay for... i guess....

Overall, fine for my work trips.  I have stayed several times.

A couple of problems..

1) Toiletries and towels very inconsistent.  Most times there is no shampoo in the room.  Sometimes there is no soap.  Twice, there were no washcloths.

2) Electrical outlets. There are usually no electrical outlets by the nightstands, so it  is inconvenient to charge electrical devices that I want to have near the bed (phone, iPad etc...)

On the positive side, beds and pillows are clean and comfortable, the heating/cooling works well, and the water pressure is great.

Walked in for a 3 day stay over st. Patty's day weekend. Was greeted kindly by Quinn who provided me with great service. Had an issue In my room an he gladly took the time to help me. Definitely a great stay would recommend again if your traveling to Green Bay .
